Cool-climate fruit, Willunga shopfront

Minko Wines makes its wines from cool-climate fruit grown at Mount Compass, but the cellar door is a heritage cottage providore on Willunga's High Street. The shopfront combines wine tasting with a small providore stocking local olive oil, preserves, cheese and other Fleurieu makers.

What's poured

A tight range of cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc - the kind of wines you would normally associate with the Adelaide Hills, made just south of the McLaren Vale boundary.
